He even found an additional discount on my auto insurance policy. Unfortunately, I wanted to change the policy due to an error on my part. A second policy was created and it caused a billing issue. Found out Josh was an intern. I should have been told this from the beginning. Would have been easier to keep the incorect policy for a short time and just modify the policy. Another rep Persephonie Winbley was very helpful in resolving the billing issue but it was time consuming and a bit of a pain."

"Hoy todo cambio 7/28/2023 todo cambio porque al entrar y hacer una pregunta lógica sobre mi seguro del auto lo primero que me responde marlene una mujer muy grosera que al parecer es la dueña de la agencia ahora me dijo eso no existe cállate que tu ni seguro tienes aquí y vete esa fue su respuesta después de eso me empezó a decir cosas y faltarme el respeto como cliente y se reía en mi cara a tal grado que le tuve que decir estúpida a ver si asi reaccionaba pero nada siguió diciéndome varbaridades al punto que tube que salirme del lugar nunca había tenido una experiencia de este tipo con una mujer tan grosera que se le paga por hacer su trabajo el cual lo desempeña muy mal mi pregunta era lógica y yo si estoy asegurado en esta aseguradora por más de 8 años y ella sin saber me ofende no me responde mis preguntas diciendo que eso no existe y que to no soy su cliente en eso tiene razón porque a partir de hoy ya no lo seré más porque si yo quiero saber de mi cobertura y esta mujer me responde con ofensas y los otros trabajadores solo miraban el espectáculo que me tenia montado si ya no seré más su cliente porque ella lo dijo y me falto al respeto muchas veses seguidas como lo menciono antes entonces me iré para una donde si me explique mi póliza de seguro sin ser abatido por una mujer nada profesional nunca la había visto en mi vida a si que no se si esta persona es bipolar o estaría bajo algún efecto para decir todo lo que dijo sin conocerme. Algo que si puedo decir que el verdadero dueño es una buena persona y respetuosa pero no debería de tener una persona así trabajando para ella dado que acaba de perder 4 autos que estaban asegurados hay tengan cuidado con esta persona feroz les puede hacer un mal día a cualquiera espero la despidan o el dueño mire las cámaras y saque su conclusión si una persona así debe trabajar para una agencia la cual la tenía en muy buena estima hasta el día de hoy por grosera y falta de profesionalismo le doy un 0 a esta empresa el día de hoy y la verdad no volveré a donde me votaron por no ser cliente siéndolo por 8 años 👎👎👎"
